    Technical discovery

    We read your code, map your integrations and talk to the people who operate the system today. Constraints found here cost far less than constraints found in sprint three.

    Architecture before code

    We write a short design document: data model, API contracts, failure modes, and the trade-offs we chose. You review and approve it before we build.

  3. 03

    Delivery in thin slices

    Working software reaches a staging environment every one to two weeks, wired into CI from the first commit. You track progress in running code, not in status reports.

  4. 04

    Hardening and handover

    Before go-live we complete the test suite, the documentation and the runbook. You can take the keys — or keep us on under a maintenance SLA.

Common questions

01Can you take over an existing codebase?

Yes. We start with a technical audit covering architecture, test coverage, deployment path and known risks. You receive a written assessment before we commit to a plan — and we tell you plainly if a staged rewrite is cheaper than a rescue.

02Our stack is not Node.js or Python. Is that a problem?

Usually not. Our defaults are Node.js/TypeScript and Python, but the work that determines project outcomes — API contracts, data modelling, integration design — carries across ecosystems. If your platform requires specialist depth we do not have, we say so before signing, not after.

03How do you keep quality high under deadline pressure?

The practices are contractual, not aspirational: automated tests in CI, mandatory code review on every merge, documentation written as we build. When a deadline threatens scope, we cut features, not tests — and that decision is made with you, in writing.

04What happens after go-live?

Your choice. We hand over a documented, tested system your team can operate — or we keep running it under our Managed IT Maintenance (SLA) service, with 24/7 monitoring and contractual response times. Many clients combine the two: their team owns the product roadmap, we guarantee the platform.
