What we do
We are a custom software development company in Europe with an unusual operating model: we take responsibility for what we build, long after delivery.
Custom Software Development
Backend and frontend engineering for systems that off-the-shelf software cannot cover. We design, build and integrate bespoke enterprise applications — and stay accountable for them in production.
- Backend and frontend engineering
- Complex API integrations
- Bespoke enterprise applications
Managed IT Maintenance (SLA)
Full take-over of your technical infrastructure, governed by strict contractual SLAs. Your team focuses on the product; we guarantee the platform.
- 24/7 monitoring and on-call
- CI/CD, security updates, bug fixing
- Four contractual severity levels (P1–P4)
Cloud Infrastructure & Data Processing
We architect, migrate and operate cloud platforms on AWS, Azure and GCP, defined as code with Terraform. Data processing stays GDPR-compliant: encryption, EU data residency and DPAs are the default.
- AWS, Azure and GCP operations
- Terraform and infrastructure as code
- EU data residency and DPAs
CRM Engineering & Data Automation
CRM data automation, treated as a data engineering problem. We build automated pipelines that feed HubSpot and Salesforce with structured, deduplicated, reliable data.
- Multi-source collection and enrichment
- Deduplication and data quality
- Bidirectional HubSpot and Salesforce sync
Why Infrasoft
Three commitments define how we work — and what you can hold us to.
Ownership, end to end
We do not sell man-days, and we do not hand off at delivery. We take end-to-end responsibility for the systems we build and operate, under contractual SLAs with four severity levels. When a P1 incident occurs, we answer within a contractually defined time — the commitment is in the contract, not in a slide deck. You hold one partner accountable for the whole platform.
European by design
GDPR compliance is an architectural decision, not a checkbox. Your data is hosted in the EU, covered by data processing agreements and encrypted in transit and at rest. We work from Bucharest, one hour ahead of CET, so our working day overlaps almost entirely with Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam. Procurement, legal and engineering all stay inside one regulatory framework.
Senior partnership
Your interlocutors are the senior engineers who run your systems, not a rotating account layer. We keep the team small and rotation low, so the people who made the architecture decisions are still there to stand behind them. We take on few clients, deliberately, and plan each partnership in years. Context compounds — we make sure it is not lost.
How we work
Four phases, from first audit to steady-state operations — the same sequence for every engagement.
01
Discovery & audit
We map your systems, dependencies, risks and operational gaps before proposing anything. The result is a written technical assessment you can act on — with or without us.
02
Proposal & SLA design
We define the engagement model, scope and severity levels together, and put response targets in writing. The SLA is designed before signature, not negotiated after an incident.
03
Build / Transition
We build the bespoke software, or transition your existing platform into our care — staged, documented, with explicit handover criteria.
04
Run & improve
We operate under the SLA: 24/7 monitoring, incident response, security updates, CI/CD. Reporting shows performance against targets, plus what we propose to improve next.
Case studies
How enterprises in logistics, SaaS and retail transferred responsibility for their platforms — and what changed.
Cloud replatforming and 24/7 operations for a logistics group
A Benelux logistics group ran its dispatch and tracking platform on ageing on-premise servers with no on-call coverage. We migrated the platform to AWS and now operate it around the clock under a contractual SLA.

A French HR SaaS vendor needed its senior engineers back on product work instead of firefighting. We took over production under SLA and delivered the integrations its enterprise deals depended on.

01What engagement models do you offer?
Three: Fixed-scope project, Dedicated team, and Managed operations (SLA). Most partnerships combine them — a fixed-scope build or transition, followed by managed operations under SLA. In every model, you contract for an outcome, not for man-days.
02How do your SLAs work?
Every managed operations contract defines four severity levels, P1 to P4, each with contractual response and resolution targets. Monitoring and on-call run 24/7, and every incident is reported against those targets, not summarised away. If we miss a target, the contract says what happens next. You know what you are owed before you sign.
03Which technologies do you work with?
Our core stack is TypeScript and Node.js, Python and Java on the backend, React on the frontend, and PostgreSQL for most data workloads. Infrastructure runs on AWS, Azure or GCP, defined with Terraform. For CRM engineering we work primarily with the HubSpot and Salesforce APIs. We choose technology for how well it can be maintained over a decade, not for its novelty.
04How do you handle GDPR and data residency?
All client data we process is hosted in the EU, and we sign data processing agreements as standard. Encryption in transit and at rest is the default, and GDPR requirements are treated as architectural constraints from day one. As a company incorporated in the EU, we operate under the same regulatory framework as you do.
05How does an engagement start?
With an intro call, followed by a structured discovery and audit of your systems, risks and constraints. You then receive a written assessment and a proposal with the SLA designed in — engagement model, severity levels, response targets. If the fit is wrong, the assessment is still yours to keep and act on.
